3. How to File a Removal Request

- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
4. Processing & Resolution
Upon receipt of a valid and complete request, MyDesiHD.com will:
- Review the material within 24–48 hours.
- Disable access to the content globally across our platform.
- Notify the uploader of the removal (where applicable).
